Policy Details
You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it.
For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Proof of purchase

Shipping Fees
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Altermach strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.


Restocking Fees
Altermach does not charge restocking fees.

Process Details
To return your purchase from Altermach, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible, along with Proof of purchase. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Altermach will process your refund. Please allow at least 5-7 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Altermach will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
